My name is Lauren, of Classic Elegance by Lauren, and I come to you with over 23 years in the beauty industry. I pride myself on giving a consistent, professional guest experience to each and every person that sits in my chair. I am a highly trained stylist in the field and have traveled around the country for my education. While I enjoy all aspects of being a Hair Artist, I take pride in being a master colorist. I am certified in a multitude of keratin services, color and product lines, techniques, and I specialize in natural color, balayage, highlighting, and lived-in blondes. My passion has become making sure whoever sits in my chair looks and feels the very best they possibly can. I believe that, in order to understand what is best for my guests, it requires communication, compassion, and always an open ear. My training began in San Diego and has brought me across the country, from South Florida, the Boston area, Ct, and now Western Ma. where I have been lucky enough to pick up some of the hottest trends and techniques. CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT: My booking program provides a confirmation link, via text/email, 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please, simply click the link so I know you’re keeping your appointment. The program also sends a reminder 24 hours prior. This is the perfect opportunity to contact me directly if your’e unable to make your visit and to avoid any additional fees. CANCELLATIONS: I understand your time is valuable, as is mine. Out of respect to myself and my clients, I request you kindly allow at least 48 hrs notice should you need to cancel any appointment. Cancellations made 24 hrs or less before your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% which will be held as a deposit for your next appointment. NO CALL/ NO SHOW’S: No-Show’s will will incur a fee of 75%. No-showed appointment’s may NOT be rescheduled without a deposit. Cancellations made via e-mail to: ClassicEleganceByLauren@yahoo.com or by text/call to: 508-974-4791 prior to (at least) 24 hrs in advance will be applied with no penalty. POLICIES: I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Classic Elegance by Lauren experience. These are just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible. 🔳 Salon Policy for Frequent Rescheduling Clients I understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, frequent rescheduling creates challenges for filling appointment slots and can leave significant gaps in my day. I strive to schedule appointments efficiently to make the most of my time and provide the best service to all clients. To address this, I have implemented the following policy: • Clients will be allowed up to two opportunities to reschedule an appointment, in a row, without penalty. • At the time of a 3rd reschedule in a row, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Alternatively, if scheduling appointments ahead of time is difficult, you may choose to book your appointment online during the week you are due, rather than pre-booking ahead of time. I am able to send you a custom reminder on the week you are due which also sends the link to my online booking. Just let me know! Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and business practices! ⬛️ PAYMENTS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL AT THE COMPLETION OF SERVICE. Payment forms accepted: Venmo, gift certificates, all major credit cards, Apple/Google pay and as always, cash is warmly greeted. Unfortunately checks are not being accepted at this time. ❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather, I will decide on a day-to-day basis if I will be opening for business. I will make every effort to contact you via telephone, text and or email prior to your service to reschedule your appointments. Keep up with me on Facebook and Instagram for more in-the-moment updates. I will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a convenient time for you. Your flexibility is appreciated upon rescheduling on inclement weather days. If you feel you will be unable to make a scheduled appointment due to the weather contact me as soon as possible. Please note that if you have not received a phone call, text message or email stating that I am closed, or requesting to reschedule your appointment, this means I am open for business. If I do not receive a request to reschedule your appointment due to weather within 24 hrs, the Cancellation Policy may apply. ⬛️ REFUNDS: I personally guarantee all of my work. If you are not 100% satisfied with your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your original appointment date so that we may set up a new appointment. Monetary refunds will not be provided. If need be, I will be more than happy to set up an appointment to physically address any and all adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. ◼️ LATE ARRIVALS: Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your needs. Please arrive on-time for your appointment. If arriving more than 15 mins past your appointment time, a service may need to be rendered to ensure your hair is completed in your reserved time slot. ◼️ LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT CHANGES: It is requested you give 48 hours for any appointment changes. It is absolutely your prerogative to decide, at the time of your service, that you may not need the services booked. However, since that time was allocated specifically for you, you will be charged the full amount ⬛️ WHAT TO WEAR: Please arrive with the proper wear/ neckline for your appointment. Smocks may be provided, for your convenience. Classic Elegance by Lauren will not be held responsible for damaged clothing/articles. ◼️ALLERGIES: Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities you may have, prior to your appointment. ◼️ CHILDREN: For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 will not be authorized to receive chemical services and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to all appointments.
